ネルソンソーヴィン セッションIPA ワタシはフランスやドイツ産の辛口白ワインが好き、特にソーヴィニヨン・ブランが大好きデス。そんなワタシが作った今回のビールは、グレープ、スグリ、エルダーフラワーなどのフレーバーが感じられる少しドライで爽やかなセッションエールをドライホップで仕上げました。I love dry French and German white wines, especially Sauvignon Blanc. This beer is inspired by those wines; so expect notes of grape, gooseberry, elderflower and white-wine flavors in this slightly dry and refreshing session-able ale. This beer was Double Dry Hopped (DDH) for extra hop flavour!
