Raspberry Stout

Winter seasonals in the brewery means it's an exciting time for the brewers to throw around their new ideasfor dark beers. Here we've brewed a rich and decadent Stout with a deep and complex malt bill that gives subtle smooth and velvety chocolate flavours. Then to dial up the indulgence we split the batch in two and finished half with a huge addition of Raspberries and the other half with heaps of toasted Coconut. Chocolate Raspberry v Chocolate Coconut, identical recipe, exact same brew, equally extravagant, just finished slightly differently.
