The Craft : This first edition of Gember was born from a spontaneous idea while blending a gueuze. Somewhere, a forgotten demijohn of lambic with gingerwas waiting. After some searching, the unexpectedly long aging turned out to be a flavor advantage, resulting in about 150 bottles of Gembergueuze.The Experience : Those who understand flavour, understand acidity. Lambic continues to amaze us as a medium for expressing taste. Ginger adds its distinctive aroma and spicy bite, carefully balanced with geuze. Fruity, lightly spicy, and refreshing.
