This beer was brewed in 2021 and cryo concentrated the year after. It then rested in fresh bourbon barrels from 2022 to 2024. This beer will age gracefully in a good cellar.The blend consists of:90% Aged in Woodford reserve barrels for 2,5 years.10% Aged in a Garrison Brothers quarter cask for 2 years.
