Waves is a blue plum cider barrel aged on De Chaunac lees, blended with a young cherry cider. The youthful portion has tamed the acid, while wach fruit has built on top of each other to create something supremely crushable.Waves is our attempt to enhance the depth of each individual ingredient by bringing them together in a single neat package. Surfing the summer bounty right into bottle.
