Anniversary bottle release #1—BBA Nocte II. Our second non-adjunct, bourbon-barrel-aged imperial stout. This release rested 15 months in a 14-year bourbon barrel and a little less sweet than batch 1. Look for a velvety mouthfeel, warming rich booze, and harmonious flavors of devils food cake, dried dark fruit, and subtle notes of vanilla from wood, spirit, and time. Barrel and condition variants keep this lineage of stouts interesting and different from one release to the next. We’re pleased to offer this as part of our 2-year anniversary celebration to our friends and supporters!
