Brewed in collaboration with Zilker, all the way from Austin, Texas.As Lumbri, Zilker’s lead brewer/our good friend is originally from Denmark, we decided to make a craft take on the big Danish Classic.The result is a 4.6% Classic (Vienna Lager) brewed with 50/50 organic vienna & munich malt from Gyrup.Packaging date: 9/7/2022
