Cuvée Renard Calvados Infused Brut Beer

Описание

This Beer is our take to a brut Beer. Recipe based on our InnerFox Tripel, but with a higher alcohol content and refermented with Champagne Yeast.A small amount of Calvados from the house of Christian Drouin was added after fermentation to give a subtle but fresh apple vibe to the beer. After refermentation we brought the bottles to the fine people at Dame Jeanne Brut Beers to have it disgorged.Perfect beer for the holiday season!Cheers
