A 6.2% hybrid blend of rosé Muscat (45%) and wild Bartlett perry (55%), paired because they were two of the most aromatic fruits of the 2021 harvest. The perry had this delightful pear blossom/overripe pear note, while the Muscat was all grapefruit/watermelon/citrus rind. Combined, it’s super aromatic and low-acid, with just enough texture to bring it all together.
