The brewers went a bit crazy with the hops, but they held back on the bitterness and made themselves something a little different from your average IPA. For the beer nerds the beer was hopped at 16g/L using cascade, centennial, amarillo, simcoe, mosaic, citra and some other stuff. Over a period of 14 days, fresh hops were added every two days.
