Juicier, hazier and less bitter than their West Coast cousins, the East Coast IPA or Beast Coast is dry-hopped twice using a combination of US and English hops during active ferment to give a big "fruit salad" palate of complex fruity flavours, with lots of stone fruits, citrus, passionfruit, paw-paw and banana.
