One more time! Sort of like an encore, our "Afresh" series of ciders spotlights singular fruits used for a second time in fermentation. Fruits are most often used once to make a beverage, then discarded. However we find there usually remains some life in 2nd use fruits that can be just as tasty and fun. For this batch, we rested 2nd use local sourced Cherries in a 6 month aged dry cider for a full moon cycle. A crisp and refreshing cider results with the slow revelation of fresh cherries on the palate as you enjoy a glass. Enjoy. One more time.
