Each Seesaw has a unique fruit addition to pair with balanced tartness, a touch of salinity, and ABV on the lower side. The nostalgic thrill of warm-weather fun, reimagined in one of our favorite styles. The number of Seesaws dictates once, twice, or three times the fruit added.This island inspired Double Seesaw variant is generously fruited with passion fruit and pineapple as well conditioned on toasted coconut. Pouring a light amber color with moderate haze, A swirl of the glass directly calls to mind umbrella tiki drinks, with layers of sweet coconut and tropical fruits. The palate closely follows as flavors of coconut cream, luscious passion fruit, and bright pineapple blend together to create a tropical smoothie highlighted by accents of mango and tangy orange. Medium-bodied, this Double Seesaw is faintly sour with a low level of acidity and balancing brackish salinity that makes for a refreshing, mouthwatering finish.
