Maple Creemeery is our 10.0% Imperial Milk Stout brewed collaboration with our friends from Runamok Maple.Maple Creemeery is an ode to the classic Vermont ice cream treat. This Imperial Milk Stout was brewed with a balanced assortment of chocolate malts and a dash of milk sugar but had the added luxury of maple syrup from our friends at Runamok Maple in Vermont.This beer was conditioned on a blend of Madagascar and Tanzanian Vanilla beans and finished with a light dusting of Korintje cinnamon.Maple Creemeery has a complex aromatic and flavor profile of light chocolate, vanilla confectionery, cinnamon spice, and fresh pastry crust.
