We have felt lucky to have had the support of some amazing establishments in Ottawa since we opened a few years ago. One of these spots, the @thehph has been pouring our various Gelato Sours regularly over this period, and so for a while now we’ve been eyeing a Hintonburg Public House Gelato Sour Mix-Up.Fruited with mango, banana, and lime zest, this beer goes down like a smooth, slightly tart tropical fruit cocktail. It’s balanced, with banana coming through on the nose, and citrus and mango notes on the palate. This one is highly consumable in the warm summer weather!
