We're part of the Hop Quality Group. Most of the other members are big breweries, fighting for better quality standards from hop processors. One of the perks is that we get to smell R&D varieties, last fall HQ2015-006 was one of our favorites! We just got our hands on a couple pounds for a single keg of IPA dry hopped with it and it alone!
