Our Head Brewer Charlie and his good mate Lachy have a brewing history that dates back to when the Black IPA was the in vogue player in Craft (late 2000’s, early 2010’s).Black to the eye though mostly pale to the nose. Featuring a fresh new hop out of NZ called Superdelic alongside CTZ and Simcoe. Elevated notes of red fruit, candy, earth and pine play lead roles with supporting caramel, soft chocolate and coffee across the palate.
