A collaboration brew with Dok Brewing Company (BE). Together we've brewed a Double Dry Hopped Farmhouse IPA with Talus, Simcoe and Amarillo. The Bright yeast together with Philly Sour gives this dry IPA a light, fresh and funky character balanced by the fruity dryhops.
