This Nordic Saison was brewed with locally foraged rose hips and dried heather, then aged on more rose hips and foraged cranberries. We topped it off with a touch of Newfoundland Wildflower honey to make one killer pint. The botanicals contribute a complex floral and spicy aroma with slight honey sweetness and dry finish.
