This is a German / Japanese cross-cultural beer, produced and brewed by Y.Y.G. and an American-German brewer, Chris Sullivan, who once worked for the Stone Brewing. German malts,Japanese Sorachi Ace hops, and Japanese spice “Sansho” makes it “WOW” ! Enjoy its nicemature-citrus flavour and the cozy aftermath caused by the Sansho.
