On the 6th September 2018 we made a turbid wort from pilsner malt, rye and raw wheat. Six year old Fuggles hops were added to the wort for a four hour boil.Fourteen month fermentationBarrel previously used for bourbon, Islay Scotch and Ross CiderRe-fermented on local plums, sloes and damsons.
