“Cà Phê Dá” is an Unfiltered Vietnamese coffee porter brewed with a light addition of toasted coconut, peanut flour, milk sugar, condensed milk, and buckets worth of Vietnamese iced coffee. Made in collaboration with our friends at Vinh Xuong bakery, this beer was designed to evoke the sweet complexity of the traditional south eastern coffee beverage. Think Banh Mi sandwiches, South Federal Boulevard, and sweet iced coffee.
