2019 Marks the 4th year of Yeast Coast, our annual collaboration IPA w/ Modus Operandi (NSW) and the Wheatsheaf Hotel (SA). This year we’ve used New England yeast (along with the usual Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe & El Dorado hop punch) for extra juiciness.The nose is a bouquet of soft pear and stonefruit esters combined with punchy resin, lychee & pineapple character. Moderately bitter with a gentle haze & crisp finish, 2019’s yeast coast is yet another homage to the hops we love, and breweries we have the utmost respect for.
