Inspired by the champion Weizenbocks, Hildegard sits somewhere between Vitus and Aventinus. Think warming spicy banana bread lathered with honey. Munich and melaniodin malts intermingle with subtle banana and clove flavours expressed by the yeast, for a rich and indulgent weizen style beer. Prost!
