Golden Ratio (Unfiltered)

Описание

A slightly different take on our golden ratio - this unfiltered version is stronger in abv with a more assertive hop presence. Moderately sour + hop forward this version was inspired by new england IPAs, hoppy saisons and hoppy sour ales. Hopped with mosaic, citra, taiheke and nelson sauvin and fermented out with american ale yeast, sach trois and french saison. Cheers
