To celebrate our upcoming Harvest Ale, we diverted 8 lbs of the "wet" undried Chinook to dry hop a keg of Rings of Light! Along with the traditional citrusy notes of Chinook, the wet hops provide a fresh-green aroma that reminds us of fresh herbs like basil!
