Each hop has a little bit of history and a fan following that either hates us for changing the hops or loves us for each new iteration! Cascade – India pale ale in 2014, Mosaic: Limited edition Dr. Jekyll in 2016, Amarillo: Edition 3 A1 – India Pale Ale in 2018, Citra: Citra IPA in 2018Each hop is unique yet, when combined, will create new aroma & flavour. Expect raw mango, pineapple, peach & citrus character from these hops in a ‘equal to more than the sum of its parts’ kind of way.Light gold in colour, unfiltered to retain the DRY HOPPED character, this aroma-and-flavour-not-defined IPA will surely intrigue you.
