Smoked Plum SourFor this collab with our friends from OneTwo brewery (Romania), who are masters of daring sours, we wanted to create a light, summery and definitely sour beer with a slight twist. Plum with its sweet tartness is a fruit common to both Latvia and Romania, and summer is a grill season, so we combined plums and a breeze of smokiness to get a well balanced yet a bit peculiar taste for those hottest summer days.
