Fat Bottom Stout (Rum/Sherry B.A.)

Our beloved full-bodied Fat Bottom Stout in a very exclusive edition. In collaboration with Skotlander Rum we aged the stout in an insanely flavorful barrel. A first fill Sherry 50 liter barrel filled with rum for 2 years. The day after the rum was emptied out for temporary storage, we put the first portion of stout in (it does not get more wet than this!).First portion sat there for 1 month, transferred to Brite tank while portion 2 went into the barrel for 3 months. Then blended together before carbonation.Resulting in a deep sensory experience full of rich Rum and Sherry flavors blended in with the sticky complex malt base.... We have a winner!The Rum is back in the barrel for further aging with the stout flavors... Can't wait!
