SNES IPA (5.9%) Light easy drinking IPA. We fermented this at a cooler temperature with Sundew. Light, snappy, and hoppy. Pilsner based with a touch of torrefied wheat and flaked oats. Hopped with Strata Nelson Enigma and Simcoe.
