Dry Hopped Cider. Starting with a base of freshly pressed Smith's Cider, Yates, and Esopus Spitzenburg apple juice from our friends at Lagoner Farms in Williamson, NY, this cider was fermented clean and later dry hopped with Citra and Cascade hops to accentuate the nuanced flavors of the apples. Clean, crisp, mildly tart.
