Old Ale With Honey

This beer was left to mature in Refosk wine oak barrels for 3 years together with yeast cultures which gave it its refined aroma and taste. For an even nobler flavor we added forest honey from the Kozjansko region. Acidic aromas supported by hints of oak and dark dried fruits continue into a pleasant honey aftertaste. The beer measures up to matured red wines and is appropriate for long-term aging.
