Cider made with a field blend of apples from Pietree Orchard in Sweden, Maine. This blend of apples consists of 30 different heirloom varieties pressed during three sessions before being fermented & aged in oak barrels for a year. The first in a series of place-based ciders showcasing distinct orchards. Thank you Tim, Matt, and the rest of the team at Pietree for their hard work in the orchard.
