Style: Black Wheat Sour Ale w/ Banana, Sweet cherryABV: 6.0% / IBU: 18 / FG: - / SRM: -Fermentables: Wheat Malt, Chocolate Wheat MaltHops: TettnangYeast: Munich ClassicAdditional Ingredients: Banana, Sweet cherry, Yogurt東京・大井町のビアバーCanal brewingさんとのコラボレーションビールです。小麦麦芽(Wheat Malt, Chocolate Wheat Malt)を100％使用しケトルサワリングした後、ヴァイツェン酵母で発酵させた実験的なビールとなっております。発酵後に島バナナ・スイートチェリーピューレを加えました。アロマには、チェリーやバナナの甘い香りと、ほんのりとしたローストモルト由来のカカオのニュアンスが感じられます。口に含むと、ケトルサワリングの酸味と島バナナ・スイートチェリーの甘味が広がり、その中に小麦麦芽由来のパンのような風味を楽しむことができます。This is a collaboration beer with Canal brewing, a beer bar in Oimachi, Tokyo.This experimental beer is brewed using 100% wheat malt (Wheat Malt, Chocolate Wheat Malt), kettle soured, and then fermented with Weizen yeast. After fermentation, Okinawan banana and sweet cherry puree were added.The aroma has the sweet scent of cherry and banana, with a slight hint of cocoa from the roasted malt. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness of the kettle souring and the sweetness of island banana and sweet cherry spread, and you can enjoy the bread-like flavor of wheat malt.
