Kinetic Illusion takes inspiration from some of our favourite Californian IPA's. A super light malt base, a hop free boil and a clean Californian Ale yeast, make for one crushable and low bitterness 7.2% IPA.A large, but cool temp, 5g/L whirlpool addition of Nelson Sauvin contributes to the bright, fresh and incredibly juicy hop profile.This IPA has been double dry hopped, both during and post fermentation, at a total rate of 20g/L. It’s predominantly Nelson Sauvin driven with 4g/L each of Nectaron and Motueka in a post fermentation dry hop.Expect bright tropical pineapple and passion fruit notes, paired with white wine grape and lime citrus.
