Sloe Daze is a golden sour beer aged in gin barrels with sloe berries. Fermented with an assorted collection of Brettanomyces and Saison yeast and soured with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus bacteria, this rosy sour unleashes a cloud of aromas containing whispers of juniper, grapefruit peel, and hibiscus, overlaid with soft flavors of tart plum, coriander spice, juniper berries, and angelica root.
