Pinot Project: Hybrid Sour Ale

Описание

Blend of beer wort with 40% first press pinot noir juice. Fermented first with beer yeast then re-fermented with a wine yeast. Transferred to fresh Pinot Noir barrels for 18 months with 6 months on black doris plums.Finally finished with an inoculation of a mixed culture and conditioned in stainless for a further 12 months.
