A rich and toasty base of 8 different malts was mashed with absurd amounts of house roasted pumpkin, brown sugar and cacao husks and then subjected to a criminally long boil to add body and rich caramel notes. We then dosed the beer with a carefully blended Pumpkin Spice mix of Cinnamon, Clove, Allspice, Ginger and Nutmeg. To round out this debauched and decadent creation we dialled the flavours up even further with generous additions of Vanilla, Maple Syrup and Lactose. Served on Nitro for the ultimate creamy finish.
