Bloodless II

Описание

Double mashed/long boiled Imperial Wheat Stout cold conditioned on a blend of Brazilian coffees and Indonesian vanilla beans. We hydrated the second mash with the runoff of the first. The results mirror the density of melted ice cream (or the body of a pastry stout without all of the added bullshit). A portion of the batch was sent into 18yr old Heaven hill barrels for long term aging. Brewed in collaboration with @theveilbrewing.
