Introducing Megabloom Fruited Sour w/ Meyer Lemon, Hibiscus, Agave Nectar & Gin Botanicals (7.5% ABV). Our seasonally inspired foray into brewing fruited sours continues with our latest addition to join this tart and tasty trinity of seasonal sours. ⁣⠀⁣This juicy, citrus laden sour pours a guava pink with plenty of fruity and floral effervescence. Tart, and lightly sweet like fresh-squeezed lemonade but balanced by a lightly tannic profile. We’re getting tons of bright citrus, a touch of strawberry with a complex cocktail esque-herbal flavor component, complements of the addition of Texas gin botanicals gathered from our friends @still_atx. Aromas of juniper, cinnamon and citrus peel pop on this sprizty sour. Note: Brewed w/ milk sugar.
