Bottled on 7/16/20 - brewed with American and German malts, wheat, and rye. Fermented with a saison yeast and then transferred to an aging tank with a selected blend of brettanomyces isolates and wild captured yeast and lactobacillus from our family farm in Rosie, AR. Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated.
