Though we're not a hugely traditional bunch, we appreciate the occasional foray into styles from yesteryear. Our fresh Gose from the brewpub is a simple expression of two main elements -- acid and salt -- in a subtle, easy drinking format.This batch was conditioned on grapefruit peel, to add complimentary citrus aroma and flavour.Very light bodied and refreshing with some subtle grapefruit tang and, of course, notes of acidity and salt.
