We loaded this beer with oats and lactose to give a creamy mouthfeel that when matched with the vanilla and strawberry puree gives an aroma of strawberry ice cream. The beer is balanced with a slight bitterness from the juicy hops to prevent the beer from getting cloying or tiring as it is being drunk.
