Bottled as a Pét-Nat, Wild Strawberry is a slow, cool spontaneous co-ferment of Macintosh and Jonagold apples on strawberry pomace. Bone dry with aromatics of fresh juicy berries and cantaloupe, green apple and a dry biscuity finish.
