Double Fruited Sour

Our double-dosed Kettle Sour does exactly what it says on the tin! A big hit of Alphonso mango and passionfruit were added late into the fermentation phase, a process that promises to capture as much of the beer's fruity character as possible. To top it all, we used Mosiac hops in the dry-hopping stage to add another layer of aroma and flavour. We love the give-and-take between tartness and acidity, smooth malt base and ripe flavours of the twinned tropical fruit!
