A Saison style beer, historically brewed by farmworkers in Belgium for nutrition and refreshment.There are many interpretations of Saison, ours can be considered a classic version. Light, rustic and bone dry, with an earthy noble hop character and a peppery spice derived from a blend of traditional yeast strains.
