This beer has a pale grain bill, a clean cool lager fermentation, and plenty of one of our favourite hops, Mosaic. This American hop gives the beer plenty of tropical fruit, pine, and resiny aromas which are super punchy thanks to the double dry hop. In short - all of the hop character that you want from an IPA, but with a crisp and refreshing finish thanks to lager fermentation.
