We teamed up with the new (and very old) kids on the block - newly re-opened Red Mill Rum Distilling from Balmain, NSW. Freshly emptied from their rum aged in this ex-bourbon whisky barrel. A single 125L barrel means this is ultra exclusive and tap only.A creamy, full-bodied stout with massive additions of Mudgee’s own Spencer Cacao Nibs and Acreage’s freshly roasted Columbia Coffee. Finished to dessert-y goodness with lactose and vanilla, drink it by the pint or eat it with a spoon!
