Brewed to celebrate one of Heydays founders, Hamish Sail’s 32nd Burpday! Hamish jumped on deck & helped out on brewday! With a lean mean malt bill - half pilsner, half ale malt, & a touch of toffee to balance the bitterness. Mandarina in the whirlpool & Hamish’s favourite hop Mosaic paired w/ Denali hop oil in the dry hop.
