Saison brewed for our first anniversary and Illinois' 200th anniversary using all Illinois ingredients. Brewed with pilsner malt from Duffin Station (Sugar Grove, Illinois) and hops from Hallowed Hops (Lewistown, Illinois), then fermented with our house culture plus yeast from Omega Labs (Chicago, Illinois).
